Job Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for assisting individuals with autism in achieving greater independence through person-centered services. Key responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, ensuring the health and safety of individuals, and promoting integration into the community. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, uphold ethical standards, and maintain required certifications. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities highly preferred
