Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network provides person-centered support to help individuals build independence and engage in daily living activities, community outings, transportation, and meaningful skill development. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and medications, supporting a safe structured environment, fostering positive relationships, and helping individuals achieve personal goals within the community. Requires compassion, dependability, teamwork, strong communication, adaptability, and resilience; candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification; background checks and fingerprints are required. Required Qualifications
