Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) on the Community Participation team, you will design and deliver meaningful community programming, support individuals in daily living, and foster a positive sense of well-being in settings such as community centers and outdoor parks. Responsibilities include developing and facilitating programs (personal development, life skills, social/recreational activities, volunteering), participating in assessment, goal setting, and program planning, providing daily living support (personal care, hygiene, domestic skills, education, money management, use of community resources, recreation, medical needs, medications, safety), collaborating with families and community partners, and maintaining accurate documentation while managing a caseload. Qualifications include a Human Services Degree or Diploma (preferred) or related experience, knowledge of person-centered planning and behavioral interventions, strong communication and program development skills, and a valid First Aid/CPR certificate plus driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance. Required Qualifications
