Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in McKinney, TX. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines (cleaning, cooking, feeding, medication administration, personal hygiene), monitoring health needs and reporting concerns, supporting learning and development of independent/community-based skills, engaging individuals in community, social, and recreational activities, transporting to medical appointments and activities, and ensuring timely completion of program documentation and billable records. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; paid training offered. Starting pay $13.00/hour.
