Job Summary
Build positive, supportive relationships with individuals served and assist with daily living activities including cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks. Support community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goals while encouraging independence, confidence, and skill development. Administer medications and complete documentation accurately, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment. Advocate for the choices, dignity, and well-being of the people you support. Full-time role with consistent scheduling, offering paid training in CPR, first aid, medication administration, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support

- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, childcare, or human services
