Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Portland or Salem, with full-time roles, paid training, and multiple schedules (day/evening/overnight). Responsibilities include building positive relationships, assisting with daily living activities, supporting community outings and goals, promoting independence, administering medications and accurate documentation, and maintaining a safe, welcoming home. Requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $22.50 per hour plus a $1,000 hiring bonus; benefits and ongoing training are provided.
