Job Summary
Build positive, supportive relationships with individuals served while assisting with daily living activities such as cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks. Support community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goals to encourage independence, confidence, and skill development. Administer medications and complete documentation accurately, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment while advocating for the choices, dignity, and well-being of the people you support. Full-time role in Hood River, Oregon, with competitive pay starting at $21.75/hour plus a hiring bonus. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and ability to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support
