Job Summary
Monitor safety 24/7 with eyes-on checks, assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and cooking, and support crisis prevention and resolution. Foster independence by facilitating social networking, community participation, and vocational goals while monitoring vitals for medical conditions. Implement care plans and document progress accurately, ensuring consistent communication with families and medical providers. Attend medical appointments and relay information to the care team. Requires valid Michigan driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time 32-hour 2nd shift including weekends and holidays. Wage $17.13 with medical, vision, dental, 403(b), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/ GED
- Valid State of Michigan driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations : 2 Shift (Afternoons) Full-Time including weekends and holidays.
- Possess basic computer skills
