Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) assists individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living activities, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live more independently. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, helping with ADLs (meal preparation, hygiene, household tasks), supporting employment and social activities, using adaptive tools for communication, encouraging independence, monitoring health and safety, communicating with team and families, completing documentation and ongoing training, and participating in professional development. Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, paid onboarding/training, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits are available; prior experience is not required as paid training is provided. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
