Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and guidance to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and personal growth. Assist with daily living tasks including moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene, while also performing housekeeping and laundry duties. Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external team members using computer skills. Work multiple shifts in Evansville, IN, with a wage of $15.50/hour. This role offers a reliable schedule, varied day-to-day experiences, and opportunities to empower people to live as independently as possible.
