Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver role in Middletown, OH. Provide hands-on assistance, positive direction, instruction, and support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other complex medical needs, helping them live as independently as possible with dignity. Responsibilities include direct care, encouragement, mentoring, assisting with daily living activities (moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene), housekeeping and laundry, documentation and communication with internal/external teams.
