Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver position providing direct support and instruction to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities. Responsibilities include hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, ensuring comfort and safety, performing housekeeping and laundry, assisting with daily living tasks (getting in/out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene), and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible with dignity and respect. Ideal candidates are person-centered, patient, dependable, adaptable, flexible, observant, detail-oriented, team-oriented, with good communication skills and the ability to document care using computer systems. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable transporting individuals served; background clearance required.
