Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and guidance to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Assist with daily living tasks including moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene while ensuring comfort, safety, and personal growth. Perform housekeeping and laundry duties to support independent living. Document care using computer skills and collaborate with internal and external team members to follow support plans. This role offers multiple shift availability in Evansville, IN, with a wage of $15.50 to $15.75 per hour and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
