Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and guidance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or complex medical needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and personal growth. Support daily living tasks including mobility, hygiene, dressing, and bathing, while managing light housekeeping and meal preparation. Build relationships with persons served and teammates, attend community activities, and transport individuals to appointments. Document progress, milestones, and action steps using computer skills. No experience required; paid training and hands-on experience provided. Valid driver's license and own vehicle may be required. Full-time and part-time shifts available for AM, PM, and NOC.
