Direct Support Professional - DSP/Caregiver

Provide direct support, positive direction, and assistance to individuals of all ages to enhance their everyday life effectiveness. Help residents with dining, mobility, health, and hygiene activities while accompanying them on errands. Attend special community occasions, outdoor walks, games, and social events to assist individuals in achieving personal goals. This role requires a valid driver's license with a good record and the ability to pass a background check. Scheduled for 30 hours per week or more, eligible staff receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions, and ongoing training including CPR certification.
