Job Summary
Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver for a non-profit based in Beaverton, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and Cornelius. Responsibilities include providing direct support, positive direction, and assistance to individuals of all ages; helping residents with dining, mobility, health and hygiene activities; accompanying individuals during errands; attending community occasions and activities; assisting individuals in achieving personal goals. Training provided with paid training to obtain CPR, First Aid, and OIS Certification; $2,000 sign-on bonus; benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 403(b) with 3.5% matching, HSA, FSA, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing career development. 18+ required, valid adult driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
Required Qualifications

- Hours eligibility for benefits: scheduled 30+ hours per week
