Job Summary
Provide hands-on caregiving assistance, encouragement, and guidance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Assist with daily living tasks including moving, dressing, bathing, and toileting, while performing housekeeping and laundry duties. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of those you serve through positive direction and instruction. Maintain dignity and respect for all individuals while documenting care and collaborating with internal and external team members. This role offers multiple shift availability, a starting wage of $15.75/hr, and a $1500 retention bonus for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
