Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and guidance to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Assist with daily living tasks including moving, dressing, bathing, and toileting, while performing housekeeping and laundry duties. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of those served through positive direction and instruction. Maintain dignity and respect while documenting care and collaborating with internal and external team members. Work multiple shifts in New Castle, IN, with a starting wage of $15.75/hr. Requires a valid driver's license, car, and insurance, along with a successful background clearance.
