Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and guidance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Support daily living tasks including moving, dressing, bathing, and hygiene while ensuring comfort, safety, and personal growth. Perform housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe environment. Document care using computer skills and collaborate with internal and external team members. This role offers multiple shifts in Muncie and New Castle, IN, with a starting wage of $15.75/hr and a $1500 retention bonus. You must be 18 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a background clearance.
