Job Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides Community Support, Community Membership, or Home Support services to adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism, ensuring the client's plan of care guides all activities and safety in home/community settings. Responsibilities include transporting clients within a 30-mile radius, facilitating community-based activities and employment exploration, supporting Community Membership aligned with individual interests, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires proof of vehicle insurance and a valid Maine driver's license; 17+ years old; high school diploma preferred; DSP certification; access to email/internet; weekend availability. Required Qualifications

- DSP certification
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K
- Valid Maine driver's license
