Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Support, Community Membership, or Home Support for adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism. Travel within 30 miles of home and transportation of clients in communities. Weekend hours required. Responsibilities include ensuring that the client's plan of care drives all service activities, maintaining client safety in home and community, facilitating access to employment-related community activities, and delivering services aligned with the client’s plan of care. Requires vehicle insurance Proof, Maine driver’s license, 17+ years old, DSP certification, basic computer/internet skills. Required Qualifications
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K
- valid Maine driver’s license
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- DSP certification
