Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion, empowering their independence through daily living tasks, meal prep, and routine assistance. Build meaningful one-on-one connections by engaging clients in hobbies, activities, and community outings while providing personal care with dignity. Assist with transportation for appointments and outings to foster social connection and confidence. Work flexible part-time shifts up to 40 hours weekly with convenient schedules within 30 minutes of home, earning up to $19/hr. Requires high school diploma, reliable transportation, and experience supporting individuals with I/DD or willingness to train through the apprentice program.
