Job Summary
Provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes. Drive clients to community activities and work independently in the client's home or community setting. Maintain high standards of excellence while delivering mental and behavioral health support. This role requires at least one year of verifiable experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. Weekly pay of $18.00 per hour is offered with flexible scheduling and short commute times. 24/7 on-call clinical manager support is available. BAYADA, celebrating 50 years of compassion, provides scholarship programs and paid time off in Kansas City and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
- Ability to work independently in a client's home/community
- Ability to drive clients in your own car to community activities
