Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance including dressing and grooming, accompany clients on errands and appointments, and assist with everyday tasks like meal preparation. Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities while participating in community integration efforts. Work one-on-one in home and community settings to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Shifts include M-TH 3:30pm-8pm, Friday 6a-9a and 3:30p-8pm, and weekends. Competitive pay ranges from $15-17/hr with weekly pay, plus options for mileage reimbursement and flexible part-time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
