Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) providing in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Delaware communities. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate care, supporting mental and behavioral health needs, and working independently in the community. Requires at least one year of verifiable experience with ID/DD; offered with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities near the caregiver's home in multiple Delaware locations (New Castle, Georgetown, Seaford, Bridgeville, Milton, Frankford, Dewey Beach).
