Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings with daily living skills, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Support clients during medical appointments and community activities while administering medications and maintaining a safe, clean home environment. Complete documentation in Therap each shift and provide First Aid/CPR when needed. Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all residents. Shifts run from 3pm to 11pm across Bergen, Morris, Warren, and Somerset counties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Must pass required background checks, drug screening, physical/PPD, and training
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities
