Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct Support Professional (DSP) needed to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as household chores, meal preparation, recreational and learning activities, and physical fitness. You will represent the needs and interests of those served, contribute input on program planning and implementation, and work within a collaborative, mission-driven team. Ideal candidates have prior experience with individuals with disabilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy and compassion, and basic computer skills ( Therap a plus). High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience are required.
