Job Summary
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, including assistance with daily activities, household chores, meal preparation, recreational activities, learning activities, and physical fitness. Represent the needs and interests of individuals served and provide input on program planning and implementation for individuals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills, Therap experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
