Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions available for all shifts, offering full-time and part-time opportunities in Waterville, OH. DSPs provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes; training is provided in its entirety, including CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration. Responsibilities include supervising, teaching, and assisting individuals in daily living, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment, along with providing personal care assistance. Required Qualifications

- Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs., and to kneel, crouch, balance
- Personal, reliable transportation to support individuals served
- Experience not required (training provided)
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings
- Meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment
- Provide personal care assistance
