Job Summary
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living, including community integration, companionship, behavioral support, and mentorship. Administer medications and facilitate transportation to community activities. Maintain CPR/First Aid certification and hold a valid driver's license. The role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $21.40, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off. Alay Home Care provides online DDD certification training through the College of Direct Support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to provide direct care
- Must be able to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Must be able to provide community integration and companionship
