Job Summary
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living, including medication administration, to individuals with developmental disabilities. Deliver behavioral support, mentorship, and community integration through companionship and transportation to community activities. Ensure safety and daily living needs are met for clients across New Jersey. Alay Home Care offers a starting pay of $21.40 with medical, dental, and vision insurance. The team provides online DDD certification training through the College of Direct Support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license
