Job Summary
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living to individuals with developmental disabilities, including medication administration and transportation to community activities. Deliver behavioral support, mentorship, and companionship to facilitate community integration. This role requires a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to provide direct care
- Must be able to provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Must be able to provide community integration and companionship
- Must be able to provide behavioral support and mentorship
- Must be able to administer medication
- Must be able to provide transportation to community activities
- Must be available for in-person work
