Job Summary
Plan parties, games, crafts, outings, and activities based on the interests of people you support. Drive individuals to community activities and appointments. Support daily living needs, independence skills, and personal care including grooming, bathing, feeding, and cooking. Administer medication after receiving training and complete necessary documentation. Use person-centered thinking to understand the wants and needs of those you support. Work primarily in the 1st shift at the Johnstown Adult Training Program, filling in for other community-based programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible to work in the United States
