Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide personalized assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them with daily living activities, fostering independence, and promoting their well-being. The role involves meal preparation, transportation, and engaging with the community. You will collaborate with other DSPs and families, serve as a role model, and support social inclusion. Candidates should possess a valid NYS Driver's License and demonstrate qualities such as empathy and effective communication.
