Job Summary
Empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage independence by planning community events and outings while communicating regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Maintain accountability within a supportive team dedicated to providing quality, empathetic care. This role requires weekend availability and a current driver's license, with a part-time schedule covering Thursday through Saturday evenings. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills

- Have a current driver's license in good standing

- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
