Job Summary
Empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage independence and plan community-building events and outings. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians while belonging to a supportive team that holds one another accountable. Work full-time Thursday through Saturday between 2pm and 11pm, requiring a current driver's license and weekend availability. Join a close-knit care team of 2,700 employees across 200+ facilities dedicated to improving lives.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
