Job Summary
Empower children to develop daily life skills and encourage independence through personalized plans of care. Plan community events and outings, while communicating regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Maintain accountability within a supportive team environment. This role requires full-time weekend availability, including Wed-Fri 3pm-11pm and Sat 11am-11pm, with a current driver's license in good standing. We are a care team of 2,700 employees across 200+ facilities committed to improving lives through compassion and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams
- Open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
