Job Summary
Empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through personalized plans of care and daily life skill development. Plan community events and outings while communicating regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Foster independence and maintain accountability within a supportive team environment. Work full-time Sunday 11am-11:30pm and Monday/Tuesday 2pm-11:30pm at the Adult Residential North program. Requires a high school diploma, current driver's license, and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams
- Open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
