Job Summary
Empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by encouraging independence through personalized plans of care and planning community events and outings. Communicate daily with residents, families, and guardians while belonging to a supportive team that holds one another accountable. This full-time 2nd shift role requires Sunday 11am-11pm and Monday through Wednesday 2pm-11pm availability, with weekend work mandatory. You must be 18 or older, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a current driver's license in good standing.
