Job Summary
Empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage independence by planning community events and outings while communicating regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Maintain accountability within a supportive team dedicated to providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. This role supports the Adult Residential North program at Bancroft, a leading service provider for individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and neurological rehabilitation needs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
