Job Summary
Monitor safety 24/7 with one-on-one checks, prevent and resolve crises, and assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Help build problem-solving skills, facilitate social and leisure activities, and support community participation and vocational goals. Manage health by monitoring vitals, attending medical appointments, and implementing care plans while ensuring accurate documentation. Foster collaborative relationships through consistent, empathetic communication and maintain trust with individuals served, families, and the broader community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/ GED
- Valid State of Michigan driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations
- Possess basic computer skills
