Job Summary
Direct Support Professional responsible for direct care in individuals' homes, assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep), supporting independent living skills, providing transportation to appointments and activities, administering medications as required, maintaining documentation, completing trainings, and communicating with clients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, CBRF certifications, valid driver's license if driving is required, ability to pass a background check, and strong communication skills. Part-time 3rd shift in Franklin, WI (evenings/nights with weekend coverage).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license, if driving is required for the position
- No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years
- No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Serious Speed, Driving While License Suspended, etc) in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and other customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy
- CBRF Certifications required
