Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Support clients in developing independent living skills, administer medications, and provide transportation to appointments and community outings. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate effectively with families and team members, and complete all required training modules and certifications. This role operates on a seven days on/ seven days off rotation during the 3rd shift (11pm–7am), with pay rates of $10.00/hour for the 11pm–6am segment and $16.00/hour for the 6am–7am segment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license, if driving is required for the position
- No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years
- No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Serious Speed, Driving While License Suspended, etc) in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and other customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy
- Part-Time Sleep 3rd Shift 11pm-7am
- Seven days on/ Seven days off rotation
- Sleep 11pm-6am @ $10.00 per hour and $16.00 per hour 6am-7am
