Job Summary
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals with developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Responsibilities include supporting daily routines and meaningful life experiences, participating in community outings, building positive relationships with individuals and families, assisting with dressing, grooming, meal preparation, hygiene, bathing, and mobility, administering medications as trained, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and completing documentation. Requires High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, auto insurance proof, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to pass background checks and health screenings. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Proof of auto insurance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, and physical therapy assessment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
