Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Support clients in developing independent living skills, administer medications, and provide transportation to appointments and community outings. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate effectively with families and team members, and complete all required training modules and certifications. This full-time 3rd shift role ($17.00/hr, 10pm-8am Wed-Thu and every-other Fri-Sun) requires a valid driver's license and strong interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license, if driving is required for the position
- No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years
- No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Serious Speed, Driving While License Suspended, etc) in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and other customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy
- Full-Time 3rd Shift $17.00 per Hour
- 10pm-8am every Wednesday & Thursday and every-other Friday, Saturday & Sunday
