Direct Support Professional (Dierker)

Residential Specialist provides direct programming and/or supports in daily living tasks (dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living and functional supports to help individuals realize their potential, with a schedule that includes 40-hour weeks and a rotating A/B shift pattern (evenings). Requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to communicate in English, and possession of a valid Ohio driver’s license with auto insurance; completion of background check, drug screen, and health screen as applicable.
