Job Summary
Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending the day program. Supervise, coach, and assist participants in achieving goals for daily living skills, including food preparation, cleaning, and shopping. Plan and document programs addressing social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Organize community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings. Maintain a team approach to care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment rooted in Servant Leadership principles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- valid non-provisional driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays
- empathetic

- cooperate with authorities
- drug-free workplace
