Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses in daily activities including health and personal management, achieving personal goals, recreation, and household living. Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals while improving functioning and minimizing interfering behaviors. This role supports children and adults with developmental disabilities within the Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health team in Pleasantvale, NY, offering comprehensive orientation, paid time off, and student loan assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid NY Driver's License
- Must be drug-free (drug screening required)

- 2 years of related experience
- Associate's Degree
