Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect, assisting individuals with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and bathing. Follow individualized care plans, document progress, and administer medications in accordance with policy. Maintain a safe, clean environment while using approved behavior support techniques to encourage community engagement. Some roles require travel between Residential and Day programs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points
- At least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
