Job Summary
Support individuals with developmental disabilities in day services by assisting with employment, volunteer opportunities, medical appointments, training, recreation, and daily life skills. Provide hands-on assistance, teach new skills, and encourage independence while celebrating successes. Build genuine relationships based on trust, respect, and connection within the team. Requirements include being 18 years old, holding a high school diploma or GED, and possessing a driver's license with reliable transportation. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour.
